A website is not finished the day it goes live: plugins fall out of date, known vulnerabilities appear, performance degrades and one day it simply stops loading. This service guarantees the continuous efficiency and availability of the site through proactive administration, best practices and maintenance, instead of reacting once it is already down.
What it includes
- Weekly backup of files, posts and site content, with recovery tests.
- Security updates and patches on systems, plugins and site software.
- Minor modifications: image and text changes and specific advice.
- Infrastructure assessment: state of servers, databases and associated components.
- Performance monitoring to detect bottlenecks and optimise the system.
- Load and performance testing to anticipate scalability problems.
- User and permission management: only authorised people access sensitive functions and data.
- Notification of security incidents or failures occurred since the last review.
- Review of the hosting architecture, with proposals for scalability and redundancy.
- Training for basic site administration (optional).
- Creation of five email accounts with a corporate domain (optional).

What this service does not cover, so there are no surprises: building the site from scratch, hosting and its administration, DNS redirection, perimeter protection such as Cloudflare, and restructuring or creating new pages. Yes, today we do not include that in this service, but if you need it we can build it or add it to your package ;)
